BAKED PEAR PORRIDGE (Digestion & Lymphatic System)

Ingredients:

2 pears, sliced
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup millet, soaked
1 cup water
3 medjool dates, chopped 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Slice pears, remove the core, and add to a pan with coconut sugar, cinnamon, and a little water. Simmer for 15 minutes until soft and golden, flipping pears halfway. For the porridge, add millet, water, dates, and vanilla extract to a pot. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes until the millet is creamy. If millet is not soaked, cook longer. Arrange pears and porridge together on a plate.
